Julia Bryant, Executive Director of the Royse City Chamber of Commerce, lives in the Heritage District with her husband Carey and son Cory who is a Senior at the Art Institute of Dallas.
Helping to make her a proud "Ju-Ju, Daughter Christa, son-in-law Chris and children Conner and Kenslee live in Greenville and son Korbin, Daughter in Law Rachel and Baby Lilly live nearby in Royse City.

Leslie has been the Marketing Director for Rockwall Urgent Care since they opened in April 2010. A Rockwall resident since 1993, Leslie had been involved in a variety of organizations, including Rockwall HeartChase, Team Promise Makers and Rockwall Christian Writers.

Personally, she's been active with PTA, RHHS boosters, MOPS, and Moms in Prayer. She and her family are long-time members of Lake Pointe Church, where Leslie has taught children's and youth classes. Leslie loves to speak and tell stories to audiences large and small. She's also a published author, former newspaper columnist, ghostwriter, and freelance editor.

Leslie and Bret, married since August of 1988, have three children: Charlie (24), a UT Houston medical student who's married to Lindsy, a teacher, Molly (21), a psychology major at Dallas Baptist, and Reese (20), who is studying economics at Vanderbilt. Leslie enjoys hanging out with her family, snow skiing, playing board games, watching Sherlock or just talking. Bret and Leslie enjoy finding rustic and industrial elements at Canton (or on the side of the road) and re-purposing them into amazing new furniture pieces.

Erin, her son and her husband proudly claim Royse City as their home. Erin presently represents the non-profit community through the Rockwall County's Community Solutions Cooperative. Through her work she consults with non-profits, and charities, for sustainable and successful fundraising and development; she has been working in the non-profit sector for 18 years. Erin's background includes international missions, trade shows, event management and marketing. Erin is a past member of the Rockwall Soroptimists, serves on the board of directors for Oasis Second Chance, served with New Beginning Center Women's Shelter and helps deliver food with her family through the Fat & Happy Club - a mobile soup kitchen that has provided meals for over two years to local seniors in need.

With articles in local press about life, love and parenting, Erin is a seasoned blogger and author presently working to release a Christian non-fiction book. Teens throughout North Texas high schools have been a part of Erin's curriculum We Expect Respect- a program that teaches youth about positive relationships and teen dating violence. In addition to her writing, she is an active member in her church community. Erin has her Master Certification in Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Seminary. Erin enjoys providing cost-free Biblical Counseling as a way to minister to her community.

Originally from Naperville, IL, Julie started her career as a graphic designer after college as an illustrator for Osco Drug Store chain. After that she assisted several art directors at an advertising agency in downtown Chicago for four years where she gained her computer knowledge, and working with all the art directors gave her the insight she needed to finally venture into design herself. She then moved into the travel industry and worked her way up to senior design and production specialist where her job took her on African safaris, Egypt and sailing the Mediterranean. Relocating to Texas after marriage, in 2005 Julie was able to find the balance between motherhood and career by launching Fowler Designs and becoming part of our chamber.

Julie has been in Texas for nearly 12 years and she and her husband Ed have 3 children, Jillian, Kaitlyn and Christopher.

Karen Parks has been in the financial services industry for over 24 years. She currently manages at Inwood National Bank in Rockwall.

As a long time supporter of the Royse City community, Karen is serving on the Royse City Chamber Board of Directors for a second time. She also received the Royse City Chamber Volunteer of the Year award in 2011.

Karen lives in Rockwall and is a proud graduate of Rockwall Leadership Class of 2014. She also serves on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Rockwall County.

She loves traveling and spending time with her 3 grown children, Devin, Marissa, and Wolfgang.

Vivian F. Brown is the owner of Rockwall Happenings. She moved to Texas with her husband and two daughters from Florida in December of 1990. In March of 2011, she was hired as the Outreach Director for Rockwall Happenings, worked at the branding process then became its new owner in January of 2012. Rockwall Happenings was created to inform Rockwall County of events, sales, dining specials, fundraisers, concerts, etc. throughFacebo ok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube media. Rockwall Happenings is an outreach tool in support of the community.

Her past experiences include, retail business owner, executive assistant for an advertising firm, legal secretary and fundraising at school and church. She was an Ambassador for Rockwall County Chamber, was a Member of the Royse City Chamber Board, prior Rockwall MusicFest Board Member, Member of the Rockwall Duck Regatta, Member of the Executive Committee for Relay for Life and member for 5 years of Soroptimist International of Rockwall, an international non-profit organization of professional women helping women & girls in the community and internationally. She also has experience in networking, relational marketing and public speaking and frequently attends workshops and events regarding networking and marketing.

She is actively involved at her church in a ministry for women in the Nexus Program for substance/alcohol abuse.


Cindy TayemCindy Tayem

Cindy is the Area Manager for Oncor Electric Delivery.  She has been employed by Oncor for over 38 years.  As Area Manager, she manages community relations within her assigned area and serves as the strategic contact to external audiences including cities and associated groups, individuals and legislators for issues regarding Oncor.  Her area of responsibility includes Rockwall County, Terrell and parts of Collin, Hunt and Van Zandt counties.

Tayem is a past Chairman of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce and the Terrell Chamber of Commerce, and current President of the Rockwall ISD Education Foundation.  Over the years, she has also served as President of both the Rockwall and Terrell Rotary Clubs.  She is also on the board of Kaufman County United Way and the Terrell State Hospital Volunteer Services Council.  She is excited to be a new member of the Royse City Chamber board.

Cindy is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.  She and her husband, Alex, reside in McLendon-Chisholm.   They have two adult sons, Joe and Michael who live in the Dallas area

Tiffany Olson is the Events & Marketing Director for Rockwall County Helping Hands and runs her own wedding planning company, Tiffany Leigh Creative.

She is excited to join the Royce City Chamber Board and loves living in this great community.

She is also a board member for the Rockwall Area Chamber Commerce Professional Women’s Alliance and worked as the Woman’s Alliance of McKinney staff liaison. She has a passion for encouraging women in business and enjoys chamber networking.

Tiffany graduated from Texas A&M, College Station and has over 20 years of events and marketing experience in the not-for-profit sector to include working for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Royse City with her husband and two children, Gracelyn & Hayden.

Stephanie ColemanStephanie Coleman

Stephanie Coleman is a Royse City Graduate and has been in banking for over 28 years. She currently works for Guaranty Bank & Trust at the Royse City Location. This is Stephanie’s second time to serve as a Board Member for the Royse City Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys serving the community and takes great pride in Royse City.

Stephanie has been married for 25 years and has three awesome children; Tyler, Ryan & Macie. She loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Lynette CoughlinLynette Coughlin
Board Member

Lynette Coughlin is the owner of Providence Place Bridal Shop in Rockwall, Texas.

Lynette previously worked 23 years for the Dallas Police Department, mostly spending her career as a detective in the Sexual Assault and Homicide Unit.  Lynette attended Dallas Baptist University and has a Master’s degree in Leadership/Management.  Lynette sits on the board and is past president of New Beginning Center, an emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence.  She is a member and past president of Soroptimist International of Rockwall.

Lynette is married and has a son Kyle living in New York City.

Tim, along with his wife Monica, has been connected to the Rockwall County community since 1993. After 18 years of being on a church staff, and two years leading a global child rescue organization, Tim started Cypert Insurance. Today Tim serves as the lead agent at Cypert Insurance and enjoys spending time with Monica and their family.




Nanette McCoyNanette McCoy

Nanette has been in banking for over 30 years. She started her career with American National Bank of Texas 18 years ago as a manager in an in-store location in Mesquite. She eventually became the Banking Center Manager for the Seagoville and Crandall locations. In 2012, she transferred to Royse City to be closer to home, which is in Trenton.

She has held numerous positions with Seagoville and Crandall’s Chambers and Lions Clubs. In Royse City, she has served on the Education Foundation Board, the Parks and Recreation Board, and the Woof-Stock Foundation Board. This will be her second term to be on the Royse City Chamber board and is looking forward to once again being active in the community.

Nanette grew up in the Dallas area. She has a daughter, son, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with the children.

Cristal CienfuegosCristal Cienfuegos
Board Member

Cristal Cienfuegos is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana but moved to McKinney, Texas in 1991 where she attended and graduated from McKinney High School in 1996. She moved to Dallas and attended community college while pursuing her continuing education and profession as a paralegal from 1999-2014.

After moving to Royse City, Cristal remains active with her 3 children Esmeralda, Cristian and Sebastian (who all attend Royse City ISD) and has volunteered her time by coaching sports, participating in school functions and serving as Treasurer for the Royse City Soccer Association.

After a few personal life changes, Cristal decided to choose family over career by changing professions and accepting a position as an event planner with Shenaniganz in Rockwall. She is excited to be a part of the board and is looking forward to assisting with the growth of the community!

Tony LyonsTony Lyons

Tony is the owner of Fitness Foundation in Royse City and has been in the fitness industry for 17 years. He started out in the sports medicine field and went into personal training in college. Tony has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients from professional athletes to the general population.

Tony has lived in Royse City for the last 9 years and is looking forward to working in the community as a Chamber Board Member.



Larry HuddlestonLarry Huddleston
Board Member

Larry Brian Huddleston originally from Texarkana, Texas moved to Royse City in 2001. He has been in the areas Medical Field for over 15 years and currently works for Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe. Larry is active with the area EMS community and loves all the opportunities this area offers. Larry is married to Shannon and together they have 5 children.

Larry looks forward to working with the community as a Chamber Board Member.

Mark Russo currently serves as Justice of the Peace, Precinct Three. He has served on the Rockwall City Council as well as numerous community boards and commissions. Judge Russo moved to Rockwall in 2004. He is married and has one son.


Judge Mark RussoBret Wilson
Board Member

Bret Wilson is originally from San Marcos, TX. He is a graduate of Baylor University and also has an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. Early in his career, Bret worked in the real estate and homebuilding industry before moving into financial services. He worked at a couple of investment firms before opening Wilson Wealth Management in 2005. It became Wilson Investment Services in 2010 and then in 2014, re-established as a Registered Investment Advisory firm through the State of Texas.

He lives in Rockwall with his wife of 30 years, Leslie. They have three children, Charlie—who’s married to Lindsy—Molly and Reese, who are both engaged and getting married in 2018. When he’s not advising clients, watching the markets or reading his favorite investment blogs, Bret enjoys playing golf, building rustic furniture, visiting his kids and going on mission trips with the youth at his church, LakePointe Church in Rockwall.
