The Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County is a non-profit organization that provides a collaborative response to assist in the investigation of severe child abuse cases. We provide support and services to children that have become a victim of abuse and their non-offending family members. We provide a child-friendly environment in which to offer intervention, hope, and healing.
This role focuses on client service, reporting, data entry, and helps to improve outcomes for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County. We work closely with relevant partners to provide every child with a need in our county, with every service recommended for them, and make every effort to provide the best quality available. As such, the candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, understand the value of quality customer service, exhibit a professional demeanor, have a high degree of professional ethics, and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations. This person must also communicate well, both orally and in writing, and have strong organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish language is preferred. Minimal travel is required.
